What “Optimise a Post” does
This is the existing-post workflow. You open any draft or published post in the Analyser Editor and the agent does the optimisation work: it scores the content, colour-codes every keyword, trims over-used terms, writes a missing section, and proposes internal links you approve with one click. Step-by-step
1Open the post & Re-analyze
- Open any post from Site Posts (or fetch a URL).
- Click Re-analyze.
A Score out of 100 and the content colour-coded — red (over-used), amber (ok), green (on target) — with the Mentions / coverage panel on the right.
2Agentic Improve writes the missing piece
Click Agentic Improve and the agent fills the biggest coverage gap with a freshly written, on-topic paragraph — and flags inbound/outbound links it can add. No copy-paste; you keep or tweak what it writes.
3Auto-fix over-optimisation
When a keyword is used too often, the orange Over-optimized bar appears. The agent auto-reduces it to natural, useful usage — the count drops from red to green in front of you, and the meaning stays intact.
4Write & insert internal links
An AI link suggestions panel with the exact anchor and target for each link, and the sentence it will sit in.
- Click Insert to place a link, or Skip to ignore it.
- Links are added only after your approval — and the score updates as you go.
5Save & Publish
When the score hits target and the links are in, click Save & Publish. The publish window opens with the title, slug, meta and tags pre-filled — choose the site and category and publish.
Tips
- Re-analyze first, then let Agentic Improve / Fill Content Gaps do the heavy lifting before hand-editing.
- Trust the over-optimisation auto-reduce — it rewrites for meaning, not just deletion.
- Insert the links the agent is most confident about; skip anything off-topic.
- Aim for the target score, not 100 — over-tuning can read unnaturally.
