The Short Form Content Generator takes you from a topic to a published post in one place: type a prompt, pick a tone and length, generate, refine it with one-click actions, and publish straight to your WordPress site.
What it does
Give the agent a topic (or paste text you already have), choose how it should sound and how long it should be, and it writes a complete draft. From there you can reshape it — shorten, expand, simplify, complete or fix grammar — without leaving the page, then publish it to a connected WordPress site. It’s the single-post companion to the Bulk Post Generator, and part of AI Studio Pro.
- Log in at techsgenius.org, open the Dashboard, then Short Form Content Generator
- Type a topic (or paste text)
- Choose a Tone and a Length (short or long)
- Click ✨ Generate
- Refine in one click — Improve, Shorter, Expand, Simplify, Complete, Fix Grammar
- Set the title, pick your WordPress site and category
- Click Publish Now — it goes live on your site
Step-by-step
1Open the Short Form Content Generator
- Go to techsgenius.org and log in.
- Open the Dashboard.
- Under AI Tools, open Short Form Content Generator.
2Enter a topic, tone & length
- In Your Prompt / Text, type a topic — or paste text you want to work on.
- Pick a Tone (e.g. Professional, Conversational, Authoritative).
- Pick a Length — short (~300w) or longer.
3Generate the content
Click ✨ Generate and the agent writes a complete, structured draft — headings, intro, body and a closing paragraph.
4Refine it — one click each
Reshape the draft without leaving the page. Each action rewrites the content in place:
Improve tightens and lifts the writing · Shorter/Expand change the length · Simplify makes it plainer · Complete finishes an unfinished draft · Fix Grammar cleans up mechanics. Prefer to review later? Save as Draft.
5Publish to your WordPress site
- Set the title — or click ✎ Suggest title to have the agent propose one.
- Choose the destination under Publish to — your connected WordPress site.
- Pick the WordPress Category to publish into.
- Click Publish Now (or Schedule for later).
Don’t see your site under “Publish to”? Connect it first — Connect a WordPress Site. That’s the whole loop: topic → draft → refine → live post.
Tips
- Connect your site first in Manage Site, or it won’t appear under “Publish to”.
- Chain the refinements — e.g. Expand then Improve then Fix Grammar.
- Use Suggest title for an SEO-friendly headline in one click.
- Want to review before it goes live? Save as Draft or Schedule instead of Publish Now.
FAQ
Short or long — can it do both?
Yes. Pick the length before you generate; the agent writes to that target, and you can still Expand or make it Shorter afterward.
Can I edit text I already wrote?
Paste it into the prompt box and use the one-click actions — Improve, Simplify, Fix Grammar and the rest all work on your own text.
Where does it publish?
To the destination you choose under Publish to — your internal blog or any connected WordPress site. Add sites via Connect a WordPress Site.
