Last updated: January 2025. This policy governs all service agreements and digital subscriptions provided by TechsGenius.
Monthly retainer contracts (SEO, social media, PPC management) may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Work completed in the notice period is billable. No refund is issued for services already rendered.
For fixed-price projects (web design, campaigns), deposits of 50% are non-refundable once work has commenced. If TechsGenius fails to deliver the agreed scope without remedy within 14 days, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
We will issue a full refund if: (a) we are unable to begin work within 14 days of payment, or (b) a technical error results in duplicate billing. Contact billing@techsgenius.org within 7 days of the charge.
